Hello and welcome everyone. My name is Michael Apidgian. I own and operate Orange County Craniosacral Therapy here in my home town of Huntington Beach.
I am a certified CranioSacral Therapist (CST-T) with the Upledger Institute, as well as a teaching assistant for the Upledger CST training programs. My clientele include newborns to adults.
My primary modality is CranioSacral Therapy for pain relief, rehabilitation and relaxation. I am also a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner (BCPP) with the Accredited - American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA), and often complement my CST with Polarity Therapy Techniques.
I take a very holistic approach to your healing. My treatments encompass integration of body, mind and spirit to help you recognize and reconnect to your inner resources that are necessary for healing at a core level.
Combining the techniques of CranioSacral and Polarity Therapy allows you to unwind long held patterns of pain and trauma deep in your body.
