About Me

A lifetime of depression and anxiety led me to spirituality and holistic healing. At the age of 33, I began to see health and healing from a completely different perspective. My own healing journey inspired me to make both my personal growth and helping others my life’s purpose.

Today, I see more clearly that my past trauma wasn’t the end of my story—it was the beginning of my journey toward the life I’m meant to live. It has given me compassion, resilience, and a desire to support others as they reconnect with their own capacity to heal.
