About
I am Mike Burggraaf a physical therapist and owner of Core Physical Therapy with two locations in the Des Moines area. I attended Wartburg College and then went to Des Moines University and got a masters degree in physical therapy. I continued my education through through Evidence In Motion's tDPT program. I worked at a hospital outpatient clinic and then at the Des Moines University clinic before I opened a private practice in 2004. Core Physical Therapy has steadily over since its inception and currently has 13 physical therapists on staff that specialize in helping patients with chronic pain. We have a strong background in osteopathic techniques such as craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, visceral and neuromenigial manipulation. Patients often ask why I choose to do what I do. I want to show people the WAY so they can use their gifts to better the world around them.Professional Associations / Memberships
