About Me

I am a licensed massage therapist, an Upledger Techniques Certified Craniosacral Therapist, and a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist. I have an office in the Chicago suburbs. My focus is always to utilize Craniosacral Therapy and bodywork to assist clients who present with varying health challenges regain and maintain health and well being. Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle but effective hands-on modality that touches the deeper issues of chronic pain and dysfunction. My practice also includes working with clients who are in, or who have completed, cancer treatment therapies. Craniosacral therapy effectively supports the client through treatment and recovery.
