For many years I have worked in both the fields of massage therapy (20+) and mental health (15+). My experiences in both fields have highlighted the importance of the mind-body connection. I am excited to be able to offer Craniosacral Therapy to support mental health--especially those suffering from chronic and acute disorders such as depression, anxiety and trauma.
In my free time I enjoy challenging myself with outdoor adventures on bike, foot or water as well as practicing yoga and meditation. My family recently relocated to the Sandpoint area after my partner retired from the Army.
