About Me

I combine Cranial Sacral Therapy, Structural balancing, and Deep Tissue massage to create a session truly tailored to what your body needs in the moment. I use skilled knowledge of anatomy and intuition to listen to what your body needs, many times being in a different place than where our conscious minds think our pain or discomfort is coming from. I am a recent 2019 transplant from WA state to Mississipi where I am excited to bring CST to the people here and show the amazing depth that CST has. I feel so fortunate to be able to offer this work and bring healing and ease to people in their lives.

My Skills

1,035 hour basic training from Heartwood Institute in Northern California, graduated in 2007. 250 hour Advanced Certification in Orthopedic Massage in Port Townsend, WA in 2010. Started to study CST with the Upledger Institute intensively in 2012, and had an unofficial mentorship with advanced teacher Tim Hutton, CST-D. Multiple teaching assistant positions for CS1, CS2, and SER1 with more in the coming years.
