About Me

I’m a mom of seven beautiful people and am so thankful to live in a place that offers so much diversity for us to learn and grow. I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, creating, and binging Netflix with my teenagers. I have my BS from Boise State University in Geophysics with minors in Geospatial Information Technology and Applied Mathematics. 

My journey with CST began when my friend suggested I see a physical therapist who is also a gifted Craniosacral therapist. My experience was amazing and was the first step toward my own healing. When it became clear that my daughter was having sensory issues, I was again impressed at the impact of such a soft-touch modality. I began my CST training a year later.

I work with all ages, including infants, and I am preparing for certification as an IBCLC. Whether you are suffering from physical illness or injury, emotional turmoil or simply need to ground yourself, the benefits of Craniosacral therapy can be life changing. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
