I worked in the IT field for 36 years and for 35 years suffered with chronic low back pain.  I saw Chiropractors, and Massage Therapists over the years but the chronic low back pain was always there and only got worse with time.  Then in 2001, I herniated my L4-L5 disc and then saw Orthopedists and Physical Therapists as well.  I had to see a chiropractor weekly just to keep walking upright and to minimize the pain.  I was then fortunate to meet a massage therapist that addressed the root cause of my low back pain and no longer needed weekly chiropractic care for pain.  Then after 29 years with my employer, I was laid off and I decided to go to Massage School so I could help others the way I had been helped.  I also found Craniosacral Therapy and Healing from the Core that further progressed my healing.  Now I specialize in the relief of chronic pain and stress, I identify the root cause and I address all areas of concern to help you become more flexible, relaxed and able to enjoy life to the fullest.
