About Me

I attended Russell Sage College/Sage Graduate School, graduating in 2000 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.  By 2001, soon after beginning my career in the acute care setting, I decided to specialize in the field of oncology. I have been working with clients who have functional impairments from cancer or it's treatment ever since.  I see clients both during their treatment course and beyond.

I was introduced to the work of Barral and Upledger while looking for a more holistic way to practice. I was interested in finding the skills that would support overall balance, wellness and prevention, while promoting healing. I started training in visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy in 2008. I have been fortunate to take classes with the developers of these skills over the years, taking several of the advanced classes.

I work with clients of all ages, from the pediatric population to older adults. While my focus for years has been spent addressing cancer related conditions, my experience extends into other areas. Some conditions my clients and I work with include, but not limited to: TMJ, migraines, spine conditions, bowel/digestive concerns, torticollis, postural or motion limitations, repetitive stress conditions, neuropathic pain, generalized pain, anxiety, and fatigue.

I strive to promote a sense of comfort and warmth during each session. Sessions are always one-on-one, and can be either in person or remote for distance healing sessions. Sessions will include various manual therapy techniques and client education to facilitate overall healing and wellness.
