I am a solo massage therapy practitioner in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  I offer CranioSacral Therapy sessions as a stand alone service as well as integrating CST into massage and gentle myofascial work.

In addition to extensive bodywork training, I have a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and am a graduate of SomaSoul Somatic Therapy Training  Leven Institute for Expressive Movement. I am a certified Vibrational Sound Therapist as well as a Reiki Practitioner.

I bring a sense of humor, grounded presence, respect for people and deep reverence for the science and mystery of human bodies to my work.

My Skills

CranioSacral Therapy for TMJ dysfunction,  nervous system regulation, headaches and neck and back pain.

In my integrative bodywork sessions, I draw from Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, SMRT, cupping, gentle myofascial release, dolphin MPS estim, Active Release Technique and on-body sound work.
