What I love about CST is that it is grounded in very gentle touch and presence - allowing the body to find its own balance and self-correct.

Human touch is vital to vibrant life. We need connection. Something within us relaxes, feels safe, and the body & spirit are able to do what they need. It's like coming home - a big sigh of relief - all is well in my world.

CST is deeply rooted in medicine, yet retains the human element. Another thing that draws me to this work!

I appreciate that CST requires us to be fully present for another. It's a wonderful gift to give, and often missing in our busy world.
