Mary (she/her) is a firm believer in the power of healing touch. Mary graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1999, when she became a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She has been a Reiki Master since 2003 and practices a variety of modalities including pregnancy massage, trigger point, cupping, Gua Sha and now Cranial Sacral Therapy.

Mary's work with the senior community has taught her to meet each client where they are at in that moment, in order to provide massage, Reiki or Cranial Sacral Therapy work from a place of non-judgement.
