Marlene Rankin

Welcome! I'm Marlene, wife and mother to 5 wonderful children. My career in healthcare began in 2006 when I became a registered nurse. I worked for 10 years in a local hospital in direct patient care on various units; telemetry, ICU and Medsurg. During this time, my interest and passion for understanding how the body can heal itself rose as I watched first hand the deterioration of our "healthcare" system. I began to study various modalities to use for our family such as homeopathy, essential oils, spiritual healing and using food to restore balance to heal the body. About 6 years ago, my world changed when I was introduced to CranioSacral therapy by a dear friend of mine. I started to see a local therapist and my whole world changed as I had such profound healing, physically and emotionally. She mentioned I consider becoming a therapist myself, to which I declined at the time because I really was not interested in pursuing something else. A couple months later (after I kept asking a million questions haha), she encouraged me to take CST 1 just to have a better understanding of how it works. In 2021 I took my first class and never looked back. That one class completely changed how I look at how the body heals and has give me so much hope for being able to truly heal ourselves. 

Since that class, I have completely stepped away from my career to pursue one in natural healing. I'm currently enrolled full time pursuing a degree as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and see clients for CST, reflexology and natural health education. What an honor it is to be chosen to walk alongside someone on their healing journey. My hope is that if you're still reading this, you find someone who is able to hold the space you need in order to heal.
