About

At Healing Tide, LLC, I offer a holistic approach to healing, beautifully blending the physical sciences with the intuitive and fostering a unique mind/body connection that supports physical healing, trauma healing, and self-discovery. I aim to gently facilitate profound healing at the client's own pace through CranioSacral Therapy (CST) integrated with my additional studies in psychology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine. I frequently work with clients across the life span: precious newborns to beautiful elderly.

My awe at the body's innate wisdom and remarkable capacity for self-correction is still growing after 22 years of practicing CST. In my sessions, clients experience a sacred space where we honor their deepest selves, connecting with the divine essence within. I believe there is tremendous power in the human body to heal, especially when we take the time to be quiet, observe our sensory experiences, and listen to what pain is trying to communicate. I am so grateful that this is my lifework and honored to support the healing process.

Each session is a gentle invitation to slow down, creating an environment of compassion that holds space for physical, mental, and spiritual healing.  Together, we can explore the beautiful potential of your body and spirit.

  At a very early age, I was drawn to explore the potential of the human body, mind, and spirit, likely due to mental illness in my own family system.  Further, my love of athletic challenges, physical fitness, and making a difference for others drew me into attaining a BS degree in pre-physical therapy. I was excited to see CST beautifully blending both the physical sciences and the more energetic principles of working with the mind/body paradigm.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing/performing violin and piano, cultivating spiritual growth and healing, yoga, hiking, skiing, traveling, general learning riding my motorcycle, and exploring the back roads in my new convertible Beetle!
