About Me

From a business background, I moved to teaching, with a special interest in the psychology of the adult learner. Further studies led me to a post graduate Certificate in Education, a Diploma in Management Studies and a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a special focus on managing people through technological change.
Upledger CranioSacral Therapy brought me inspiration and a change of direction where new and former skills combined and began to develop. My busy practice in Brighton, Sussex is a joy and since 2002  I have led an Upledger Study Group there. Being a Board member of the CranioSacral Society for many years brought me the opportunity to helped the UK Upledger community with working towards national training standards and recognition by GRCCT (General Regulatory Council for Complimentary Therapies).
I am delighted to be a Certified International Instructor for CS1, CS2, SER1 and SER2 levels, and an examiner at Techniques and Diplomat levels. In addition I offer Clinical Application Classes in my Brighton practice at all levels of the work. Teaching this practice has lead me to travel to different parts of the world, with the fantastic opportunity to share the Upledger paradigm with different students from different cultures.

My Skills

Certified in CranioSacral Therapy at Diplomat level by the Upledger Institute International.
Qualifications in Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.
I have a special interest in PTSD and have worked on Intensive therapy programs in Ireland, USA and the UK.
