About Me
I'm an integrative occupational therapist of 20+ years blending bodywork and somatic approaches to help you do more of what matters. I'm also a somatic experiencing practitioner and certified lymphatic therapist. I lean on current neuroscience research as well as wisdom of skilled healers before me to build a practice that’s evidence-based while also incorporating subtle listening and energy work. My approach is neurodiversity affirming, fat positive and HAES-aligned, queer and trans affirming, antiracist, and liberation oriented.
What is integrative occupational therapy? I work with body, mind, spirit, identity, roles, community, and everything else that makes us human. My goal is to help you do the things you care about, so you can thrive as well as survive. I call what I’m doing “integrative†because I use a unique combination of treatment approaches to meet a wide range of goals.
My Skills
Let your nervous system recover, give your body space to heal, and allow your spirit the deep rest you need with a blend of somatic therapy, manual therapy, and traditional occupational therapy approaches custom-tuned to your needs.
Manual therapy approaches include craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and neurolymphatic drainage.
Somatic therapy approaches include somatic experiencing, somatic bodywork, talk, self-touch, movement, mindfulness, and more.
Traditional OT approaches include executive function support, sensory modulation, interoception building, and pacing education.
You want to do what matters. I want to help. Let's build a better world, with more justice, safety, and joy for us all.
