About

Makenzie Shupe, LMT, brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in therapeutic bodywork, with a growing focus and interest in craniosacral therapy and its role in supporting the nervous system and whole-body well-being. Her approach is grounded in the understanding that stress, injury, movement patterns, and the nervous system are deeply interconnected.

Over the course of her practice, Makenzie has developed an attentive, intuitive approach to working with the body, informed by a strong foundation in therapeutic massage and continued exploration of integrative techniques. She is particularly interested in deepening her education and training in craniosacral therapy and expanding her understanding of subtle, nervous-system focused approaches to care.

Makenzie brings a calm, trauma-informed presence to her work, prioritizing safety, consent, and clear communication. She values meeting each individual where they are and creating space for the body to soften, regulate, and support its own natural capacity for balance and healing.
