Hi my name is Shawn Maier. I am a Certified Massage Therapist, CAMCT #77214, and a full time student studying Integrative Health. I love what I’m doing, helping people relax, unwind, feel and move better using manual therapies to provide non pharmaceutical pain and stress management. In my spare time, you will find me hanging out at home playing with my dogs, Charlie and Lefty. Driving them crazy dabbling with a harmonica or piano, or lounging with them at the dog beach. They both also make for great clients to practice on. 

My Skills

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy - Clinical trigger point, pain and stress management. Similar to deep tissue but a little more focused on releasing tight and painful muscles, compensation patterns, rehabilitation to injuries and surgeries

Craniosacral Therapy & Visceral Manipulation - Specific, gentle and light-touch bodywork that focuses on releasing adhesions, restrictions and tensions within the connective tissue that  surrounds the brain, spinal cord and organs. 

Reiki - Utilizing the universal energy that is inside and around each of us, Reiki can be used to balance and cleanse chakras and bolster your spiritual connections. Can be helpful for stress management, energy levels, and restoring harmony to your mind-body.

Integrative Health Coaching - Working with all aspects of a person's life to promote and maintain optimal health and wellbeing.
