About

I received my Degree in Physical therapy in 1980 from S,U.N.Y. @ Stony Brook in New York.  Initially focusing on pediatrics, I received my NDT certification in 1988.  Working in the NJ school system, I was privileged to meet and work with a talented therapist who introduced me to both myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. I found the work to have profound effects and  I continued to take courses in myofascial release, craniosacral, visceral, neural manipulation and manual articular treatment to enhance my knowledge and my level of skill.  

My core belief is that our bodies have an incredible ability to self correct when possible, compensate when unable to correct. Addressing fascial restrictions and barriers through cranial,visceral, neural and articular manipulations allow the body to self correct, decrease pain, and improve function.  

My Skills

Cranial sacral therapy 1 and 2, somatoemotional release, vagus nerve and the autonomic nervous system .  Cranial sacral1 , Cranial sacral 2 teaching assistant, immune response, concussion.

Visceral Manipulation 1 and 2 -abdomen, visceral manipulation 3-pelvis, visceral manipulation 4- thorax, Clinical interventions- concussion recovery. advanced pelvic class  VM1, VM2,VM3 and VM4  teaching assistant  Study group leader 

Neural Manipulation NM1 trauma, NM2 peripheral neural manipulation of the upper extremities, NM3 - lower extremities, NM4 cranial nerves, NM5 peripheral and central neural connections

Manual articulation of the Spine and pelvis and lower extremity.

Manual approach to the Brain, classes 1-3
