About Me

I've been a self-employed massage therapist & Bodyworker for 12 years. Majority of my classes come from The McKinnon Body Therapy Center in the SF Bay Area.

In addition to taking Upledger classes, I have taken 220hrs of Craniosacral classes & utilze Craniosacral Therapy techniques in my practice for 11yrs. I've taken 173 hrs of Craniosacral Therapy at McKinnon Body Therapy Center & 48hrs from an instructor, who trained under Dr. Upledger & has worked with War Veterans in Asheville for 20yrs,

I am excited to be on the Upledger journey of  certification & diploma, because the instructors  and TA's have been exemplary.  I currently have taken CST1& 2..I am scheduled for SER1 Dec 2023 & I am applying for certification.

I love Craniosacral Therapy because it aligns with my professional values. I feel it is important to create a safe space for clients to relax, unwind & unfold. I also feel a deeper healing happens when the whole person is taking care of rather than treating only the disease or symptoms. Another goal is to empower the clients in their own healing.  I find when the client connects with their Inner Wisdom, they feel more connected to themselves, to others & to life.

Craniosacral Therapy aligns with my Spiritual Philosophy as well. I have meditated for over 25yrs, attended silent meditation retreats. Favorite Spiritual teachers Eckhart Tolle, Adyshanti, Alan Watts, Louise Hay, & Gangaji. I feel practicing Craniosacral Therapy is a meditation of being present in the moment,connecting, listening, awareness, & letting go of egoic agendas.

I know everyone has a Universal Gift..mine is listening to the body & touch. Since I feel bodywork is my spiritual calling, Volunteer activities include:
Charlotte Maxwell Clinic SF(alternative medicine for low income/homeless cancer clients)
Girls Rock Asheville ( massaging  volunteers)
Healing Oasis (giving 20 min free sessions in the Asheville community)
