I began my career as a massage therapist in 1995, after studying at The Myotherapy College of Utah, in Salt Lake City. Over the years, I have continued my massage therapy education and now specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal or Pregnancy Massage, Senior Massage, Reflexology, MediCupping, and CranioSacral Therapy.

With regular treatments, I've been able to help many clients with plantar fasciitis, sciatica, low back pain, headaches, migraines, and TMJ, to improve or even be rid of their symptoms. Every body is different and complex, and while I never promise miracles, I feel confident that I can help, and if I can't I do my best to do more research, or refer to a specialist.

I strive to listen and respond to my clients' unique needs, whether they seek relief of chronic pain, tension and stress, or improvement of their skin concerns. Delivering therapeutic results and a positive experience gives me a great sense of purpose. I try to "make the world a better place, one person at a time".
