Enthusiastic and dedicated manual therapist since 2011, with certification in Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral, Neural and Vascular Manipulation, as well as Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.

I work with a large range of age groups from babies to senior citizens to cater for a variety of health and wellness needs, including children on the autism spectrum. Common issues treated include, but not limited to, tension headaches, chronic fatigue, visceral and neural restrictions, scar tissue, various aches and pain across the body.

Certified with Upledger Craniosacral Therapy Technique in 2015. To this day, I continue my professional development through ongoing workshops and advanced training.

I am skilled in using gentle, hands-on techniques to release restrictions and restore balance in the body. Clients often appreciate my calm, attentive style and the safe space I create for them to relax and heal.
