I have been a seeker since the early 1970's when I took my first Hatha Yoga Class. At that time I also began studying nutritional healing and meditation. My studies and practice have grown and flourished through the years until I finally became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2013.
I love my profession as an LMT and provide individualized massage that can be enhanced with Reiki, Crystals, aromatherapy and/or flower essences. Each massage is an individual affair as I blend the variety of modalities I practice in a way that meets each client's needs. I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I also practice CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Foot & Hand Reflexology & Prenatal Massage. Additionally, I am an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, a Karuna Ki Master/Teacher, Green Tara Seichim Master/Teacher, and Angel Energy Healing Practitioner. I also practice and pass on a variety of modalities I have received through Empowerments/Attunements & Initiations.
I am an initiated student in a Traditional Chinese school of meditation that combines a Taoist meditation practice with Buddhist and Confucian philosophies, and at times, the practice of Tai Chi, Chi Gong and guided movements.
I joyfully work with flower essences for emotional healing and am a Master Manifestor and Manifestation Coach.

My "first time client" rates are $10 off for 60 or 90 minute sessions of any modality offered. Ask me how to keep these rates! Generally, office hours are Tuesday-Saturday 11am - 7pm. Please see website for additional pricing.
