I help people reduce their pain and improve their quality of life through bodywork and massage. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and an Energy Worker located in the Marietta Historic District.

After going through Cranial-Sacral 1 Training, I knew I had to share it with my clients! I has helped me with my TMJ/Jaw dysfunction. I have more mental clarity, the frequency and intensity of my headaches is reduced. My lower back pain has been reduced, and I am sleeping better.

My massage focus is in restorative, relaxing, sports and orthopedic massage techniques. I incorporate a variety of techniques to gently change the tone of muscle tissue. The techniques I use to help reduce pain and increase range of motion, so you can get back to the things you love doing. I work with all fitness levels.

I became passionate about massage and bodywork over the last 15 years when I saw the changes it instilled in my own body with my scoliosis. My love of ultimate frisbee and softball brought on various aches and pains. When I got regular massage sessions every month, it kept me running and performing better.

Using a variety of massage techniques, I personalize each session using your goals to encourage your body to heal itself. Therapeutic techniques assist you out of pain and help with injury management, athletic performance recovery and stress relief, or relaxation.

I look forward to helping you with your short-term and long-term wellness goals.
