Her work focuses on helping patients improve breathing, sleep, and oral function by addressing the underlying patterns that often go unnoticed. Through a combination of myofunctional therapy, craniosacral therapy, and breathing techniques, she helps both children and adults create lasting improvements in how they function and feel.
