My own journey has shown me how deeply unresolved stress and emotional patterns can affect our health, relationships, and quality of life. Through CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release®, I discovered that true healing often occurs when the body feels safe enough to release what it has been holding.
My mission is to provide a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals of all ages can experience greater ease, balance, and well-being. Every session is tailored to the unique needs of the person in front of me, honoring your body's wisdom and natural healing process.
