Lesley is integrative in her approach to assisting individuals recover with chronic pain, somatic dysfunction, trauma, and tension.
She specializes in recovery of Vagal Nerve function and can employ various interventions to assist the balance in the Autonomic Nervous system, including education, manual body work to down regulate the sympathetic nervous system and stimulate the Vagus network, the use of  Dr. Stephen Porges, Safe and Sound Protocol, Heart Math Inner Balance work and body and breath work.

In practice as a Physical Therapist for over 27 years, Lesley uses manual visceral therapy, osteopathic manual techniques,  breath work, movement awareness, and vibration, to assist the body, brain and mind to come into balance. 

You and your body are assisted into homeostasis and self correction.
