My skills
Health and wellness have always been a top priority for me, which initially led me to becoming a Reiki practitioner in 2001. Following my passion, I became a board certified licensed massage therapist in 2005. My continuing education includes sports massage, Anatomy Trains structural integration, Nurturing the Mother pregnancy massage, and trauma-informed massage.ÂI have had extensive training in Craniosacral Therapy beginning in 2010 and became an Upledger Institute Certified Craniosacral Techniques Therapist in 2026.Â
