Lauren is a Reiki Master/teacher, Animal Reiki Master/teacher, sound healer, and Craniosacral Practitioner in the heart of historical downtown Rochester, MI. Lauren's background in helping others began in the medical field. Her passion for healing started at a young age but, really came out as an adult with the tragic loss of her father unexpectedly. She was led to take a Reiki class to heal herself and then continued her energy healing education. She now teaches Reiki and Animal Reiki to those who want to learn to heal.
Lauren loves to combine the science and energy of Craniosacral therapy and Reiki healing to help others reach the level of healing they need.
