I am a Registered Massage Therapist, working from my home-based clinic in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

I have adopted a "less is more" approach using the gentle touch of CranioSacral Therapy in my practice helping the body to activate its own healing mechanisms, while encouraging clients to be actively present during their treatments for a fuller helaing experience.

My Skills

I use CranioSacral Therapy (CS1 and CS2), Healing from the Core concepts taught by Suzanne Scurlock CST-D, neuromuscular massage therapy techniques and other manual therapy techniques.

I mainly treat women who suffer from the following, but not limited to:

• Concussion
• Headaches and Migraines
• TMD / TMJ
• Chronic Neck and Back Pain
• Chronic Musculoskeletal Issues
• Post-op Recovery
• Insomnia / Sleep Issues

Treatments are done fully clothed.  This is well suited for clients who may have difficulty disrobing, would prefer not to disrobe or prefer treatments without the use of sheets and lubricants.
