I aim to offer clients individual-based, customized, caring treatments of CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Complete Decongestive Therapy, Reiki, my own Energy Practices ("Heart-Directed Therapy," "Gift in Healing"), Thai Massage, and Swedish and Therapeutic Massage, or a combination of therapies. My focuses are a holistic, intuitive approach, and meeting clients where they are, to progress toward clients' goals for healing - mind, body and spirit. I find much fulfillment in assisting clients in person and also from a distance. Finally, I hope to provide a relaxing, empathetic and nonjudgmental space for possible healing and transformation.
