About

Laura is passionate about connecting people with their bodies' unique healing wisdom. I offer CranioSacral therapy to people who are interested in creating a life with less pain through the power of gentle hands-on touch. I also work with the Lymphatic system to support a decrease in inflammation and improved immune function.

During the years of my late teens and early 20s, I suffered with chronic allergies and clinical depression. Fortunately, I found myself in massage school and was invited to attend a Lymphatic Drainage class where I was required to give and receive Lymphatic drainage. After the course was complete, my immune system was so strong that I no longer needed to take allergy medication or suffer with allergies.  The depression remained but I began to be hopeful for possibilities of life free from depression as well.  

In 2006 I attended my first CranioSacral class where I learned that certain types of depression were caused by old traumas held in the tissues of the body which can create dysfunction and dis-ease. Today, I am grateful to live a life free from the debilitating pain of depression. My experience receiving various types of bodywork has led me to an improved quality of life.
