Hello! My name is Kristy -- CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner, Acupuncturist, LMT, and the owner of Total Body Relaxation LLC.


At Total Body Relaxation LLC, the focus is to provide you with a more personalized and holistic approach to wellness and healing using CranioSacral Therapy and Acupuncture to support your body's amazing ability to heal.


I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and I strive to create a relaxing and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable and at ease.
