About Me

30+ years of hands on work has made me certaint that with respectful, supportive touch and attention, our body's innate wisdom can bring us home to inner harmony and "health."

My bodywork practice opened in 1992.  I confess, I was gifted great hands from the start, and/but as I worked with clients and learned to listen, I became more and more curious about, able to hear, and in awe of each person's unique inner wisdom  .... just waiting to be expressed.

And while that same biological wisdom sometimes ties us in uncomfortable knots,  with listening and support, our bodies know how to unwind those patterns and loads.  Whether the physical bracing from a car accident, surgery, or emotional bracing of a tough breakup  .... I am certain that you returning to "YOU" is possible.

When not I'm not with clients, you'll find me learning and exploring more and more about our bodies and minds, backpacking and hiking, meditating, sewing, and enjoying friends, family and dogs.
