About Me

Do you have an injury that has not resolved with conventional methods?

Are you enduring residual effects of mental or emotional trauma or abuse?

Perhaps you are struggling with symptoms like these:

  • Neck Pain, Back Pain or Shoulder Pain
  • Migraine or Headache
  • Car Accident, Sports Injury, Concussion
  • Stress, Anxiety Symptoms, or Depression
  • Unexplained Pain or Fatigue

A gentle, light-touch approach, CranioSacral Therapy releases tensions deep in the body and central nervous system. With slight compression or distraction of the connective tissue, the body is able to release and unwind its holding patterns, activating the body’s self healing mechanism. CranioSacral Therapy can release emotions, alleviate pain and remove stressors that are blocking a fulfilling and satisfying life.

CranioSacral therapy is performed with the client fully clothed, on a comfortable massage table in a quiet, nurturing environment.

CranioSacral therapy offers you a solution that gently works to resolve the underlying problem, not just the symptoms. My clients have experienced:

  • Faster recovery from accidents, injury or trauma
  • Reduction in pain and headaches
  • Greater stamina, more equalibrium, clearer thinking and focus
  • Feeling more grounded and centered
  • Hope that continued healing is possible
  • And much more...

“Kim has an intuitive sense that goes beyond the technique and into a place of deep healing.” ~ Michelle

I am Kim Pilgrim and I myself have dealt with low back and neck pain since high school. CranioSacral Therapy, combined with other modalities, has been crucial in my personal healing and health maintenance.

I have been practicing CranioSacral Therapy since 2006. I also have a Master’s degree in Counseling. The healing arts, communication, psychology, and spirituality are areas I like exploring. I love being able to incorporate my training and personal experience to help you get to the root of your discomfort and to support you in deep transformation.

In my work with you, I strive to create a safe and sacred space where you and your body feel seen, heard, and valued. Here is where deep healing happens.

In releasing tensions and restrictions from our physical, mental, and emotional bodies, we are better able to come from our true selves. From this place, we are more fully engaged in life, in the world around us, with the people important to us.

I love to collaborate with my clients in their process of healing. I am excited when I can feel releases happen in the tissue. It is rewarding when clients get off the table feeling better.

In addition to my CranioSacral work I love connecting and hanging with friends and family. I was involved in the Waldorf community for 15 years, worked on legislation for both Home Funerals and Traditional Midwives. I love to spend time outdoors-hiking, skiing, sailing, gardening, boating.

~Profound healing is accomplished by creating and holding a sacred space that allows the deeper wisdom of the body, mind and spirit to speak.~
