I am a Certified Rolfer™, Reiki Master, and mindfulness practitioner dedicated to helping people live with more ease, alignment, and clarity. With over a decade of experience and training from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, the Upledger Institute, and the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage, I offer integrative sessions that address the body, mind, and spirit. My work is rooted in deep presence, structural precision, and compassionate care as I support each client’s path toward healing and self-actualization.

My Skills

Throughout my life, one thing has consistently brought peace to my soul: witnessing the unfolding of potential infused with purpose. Once I recognized this, I knew it was my calling to help others bring out the best in themselves. Over the past decade, I’ve devoted myself fully to this path by seeking out high-quality training, diversifying my education, and learning how to support the full spectrum of human experience: body, mind, and spirit.

Body – I am a Certified Rolfer™, trained at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute®, and highly experienced in Structural Integration. This work allows me to address misalignments in the connective tissue, helping clients experience greater comfort, ease, and physical coherence. To deepen my range of touch, I’ve also studied CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute.

Mind – My approach to mindfulness blends ancient practices with modern neuroscience. I’ve studied through the American Institute of Health Care Professionals and will soon expand my work by attending Harvard Medical School’s course in Mind-Body Medicine. My goal is to help clients cultivate clarity, resilience, and emotional regulation through embodied awareness.

Spirit – As a Reiki Master in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing, I am honored to be only eight steps removed from Dr. Usui himself. This non-denominational energetic practice continues to energize my work, allowing me to offer clients grounded, high-quality Reiki sessions that support subtle transformation and spiritual wellness.
