Kerry Hilderman

Kerry graduated from the Northern Institute of Massage in 1981 and practised at the YMCA in Regina for 5 years being mentored by Donald Bennett and Abe Reimer. His interest started because he suffered with chronic back pain and constant headaches for 15 years. Massage therapy changed that and he has been dedicated to practising and continued learning in a variety of modalities. Now practising at Britannia Bodywork & Wellness Centre in Calgary, Alberta along side many other talented practitioners, a Network Chiropractor, Naturopath/Homeopath, Physiotherapist, Accupunturist, Exercise Physiologist, Ayurvedic Doctor, Core Alignment Coach, and many talented therapists with a variety of other offerings. The clinic works primarily with people with acute and chronic problems but also deals with stress and relaxation. Our moto is "Helping others to Heal in Mind, Body and Spirit" Kerry is an avid outdoors person engaging in Motorcycle touring, Cycling, Hiking, Camping, Skiing, Swimming, Yoga and general fitness. Having done Triathlons and Marathons for many years Kerry knows the importance of injury prevention and proper training and nutrition and well as mental and emotional preparation. Kerry is married to Lynne who is also an RMT and Core Alignment Specialist and they have three children, Kaney, Lexi and Nikki.
