About Me

The WI Center for Myofascial Release is the only provider in this area that specializes in Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy. We treat people with a variety of conditions such as headaches, acute or chronic pain, trauma, surgeries, depression, anxiety, digestive problems, fatigue, sleep issues, including rare or complex medical conditions.

Kelly Woznicki graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 1994 with a BS in Occupational Therapy. She discovered the benefits of Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy more than 20 years ago after being involved in a car accident that resulted in a neck injury. Experiencing the amazing results of this work caused her to change the direction of her career. She has taken more than 30 seminars in manual therapy, energy work, emotional release, and other natural healing techniques around the country. After working in a traditional hospital setting for many years, she decided to open a more holistic private practice in Kenosha in the year 2000 that would serve the local community with high quality, advanced level manual therapy and other natural techniques. Kelly is gifted in teaching students, patients, and anyone interested in learning about this work. She is passionate about health and wellness in her personal life as well and stays active through running, biking, swimming, and being a busy mom of two young children.
