About Me

I was first introduced to craniosacral therapy after a head injury in 2008. It was fantastic to find relief and rest in treatment, in a space that felt safe during the life changing transition. I later came back to craniosacral therapy when pregnant and feel it had a significant impact on my pregnancy and delivery. I began offering craniosacral therapy to the Grand Rapids area in early 2014. I pursued CST when I noticed a need for it in my clients. I admired the gentle and effective way it could impact pregnancy, birth and beyond. I enjoy the diversity of its applications and that it could be a modality used to treat any person where they are at, if it is helping a newborn with nursing, children adjust to transition, adults with head trauma, many with chronic pain,those with PTSD or the matriarch with joint concerns. Its been a privilege to meet clients wherever they are in their journey. I enjoy the wonder of each person's journey, I'm excited to meet you and see how we can work together.

My Skills

2007 BA From Kuyper College in Theology, Youth Min, Communications and TESOL.

2009 Graduated form the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education as a Holistic Labor Companion(HLC). Skills include labor support, nutrition, and naturopathy specifically for the childbearing year - muscle response testing, essential oils, flower remedies, herbs and more.

2009 Opened St. Brigid's HLC to serve families during the childbearing year.

2014-present Craniosacral training with Upledger: CST 1&2, SER 1&2, CCPB1.

Driving directions

We are conveniently located right off the highway. Map programs generally take you just short of our office- go all the way to the back of the Cul du sac, park in the serine wooded lot and we are on the second level in a space we lovingly call the tree house.
