I was born and raised in Maryland near the Chesapeake Bay.  I was in corporate America for many years.  I worked as an executive assistant at the DoD, in medical offices, hospital, real estate offices and financial/economic consulting firms.  I also worked as a veterinary technician and on an alpaca farm.  I realized that sitting behind a desk was not for me.  I went to massage school and eventually owned a Wellness Center in Maryland.  I moved to the Shenandoah Valley in 2015.  


I enjoy harmonizing standard Western medicine care with complementary therapies to help people improve their health and to stay healthy.  For over 15 years, I have been able to help my clients by using various massage techniques.  I incorporate everything from a relaxing Swedish massage to more specific therapeutic massages (such as frozen shoulder, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, carpal tunnel and headaches, to name just a few). I am trained in various massage techniques including craniosacral, Swedish, myofascial, deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular therapy, sports, active isolated stretching, cupping, Thai, cancer/mastectomy, fibromyalgia, manual lymphatic, pregnancy, integrative reflexology, aromatherapy and noninvasive bodywork techniques…plus more.
