I offer distance healing sessions via Zoom.   I utilize my extensive studies in physical and energy anatomy to unravel the energy blocks within the body.  I work with the client’s awareness of imbalances, trauma, and pain by assessing with dialog and energetic touch.   With my “energy hands”, trauma can often be released, sometimes releasing the associated memories, allowing them to dissipate.  The process may take a single session or several, as it often is like “peeling the layers of an onion”.

Wind Horse Integrative Bodywork had its beginnings as a hobby, as I unraveled my own body imbalances with my horse's body imbalances while I was participating in endurance riding.  It all started with the horse, but once I took my first human Introduction to Craniosacral Therapy by the Upledger Institute, I was hooked.   I immediately began planning my human coursework to apply it to craniosacral therapy.    I also started to work with my expertise in unraveling physical issues in horse and rider combination,  working with saddle fit,  horse balance, rider posture, and hoof balance while still working a corporate job.

After being retired for a decade from my corporate job and healing business,  my hands became “itchy” and I started participating in social healing share events post-Covid shutdown.   I studied with Candace Silvers Healing Academy through Level 2.  Candace Silvers learned this modality from energy healers in Bali and taught Level 1 entirely online, with Level 2 weeklong practicum in person.   The results from taking these courses were informed by distance healing capabilities, but I found that the energy healing she taught was often so profound as to leave clients in an uncomfortable aftermath.   I sought other answers and found Suzanne Scurlock’s Distance Healing From The Core.    It has taught me to allow room for the client to have more control of how and the rate their body wants to heal.    Her curriculum brought me back to my craniosacral therapy roots where I find home.
