I am grateful to my teachers, colleagues, and many clients for all of the lessons and learnings I've experienced throughout my life. I am a life learner and strive to deepen my authentic mind, body, and spirit offerings to bring peace and balance to each person.

In 2000, I experienced my first Reiki session and it opened my heart path compelling me on a lifelong journey to connect with numerous healing traditions and restorative techniques and modalities.

I offer Massage Therapy, SMRT Positional Release, Thai Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Crystal Energy Balancing, Plant Spirit Medicine, Reflexology, Acupressure, Placenta Encapsulation, LaStone Hot and Cold Stone Massage, Body Wraps, Salt Scrubs, and other spa services.

I am so moved by the work of CranioSacral Therapy and have completed the levels of training including
