As an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist for more than 30 years I have developed clinical expertise and therapeutic presence to address my clients unique and individual needs. I have extensive experience treating complex traumas and the physical, emotional and spiritual concerns frequently associated with complex injuries. Craniosacral therapy has been a natural progression for me. With the gentle, yet powerful use of light touch techniques, craniosacral therapy has enhanced my practice for a more holistic approach.
When I'm not in the clinic I am an active member of the Niantic Community Church and have served in several leadership positions over the past 10 years.
For fun in winter I love to ski, in summer I love to swim, and any time of the year I find peace hiking the many beautiful trails in Southeastern Connecticut.
When practicing my own self care, I enjoy the rejuvenating experience of traditional Finish sauna and cold water plunge.
