Dr. Kathleen Benjamin Rickard, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Dr. Kathleen is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner since 1997. She is working in a private practice setting in Phoenix with a specialty in energy medicine. She has continuously strived to understand the root cause of dis-ease by integrating numerous holistic and alternative healing modalities into her national speaking engagements, as well as her practice. This includes yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, reiki, energy medicine, functional medicine, Visceral manipulation, Neuro manipulation, and certified life coaching. Her doctoral project was titled: Breathing Techniques Associated with Improved Health Outcomes and was published in 2015.
