Always an active participant in all of life’s many offerings, movement, and sports remain part of my daily life. To contrast, I also love holding a deep knowledge of stillness and presence. I bring this balance with me to my practice, with the awareness and ability to therapeutically meet people where they are. My bodywork journey began in Steamboat Springs, Colorado back in 1999 when I completed my massage therapy certification and have been practicing ever since.
I became Board certified in Structural Integration in 2008, BCSI ATSI. And since then have logged thousands of hours in various modalities that support the structural integration process.
