Kate is a licensed Physical Therapist and CST-Technique certified CranioSacral Therapist with over two decades of clinical experience and a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Texas A&M University in 1999 — where she was a proud member of the Corps of Cadets and the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band — and her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2002. Before joining the IPT Kids family in 2018, Kate spent 16 years in the hospital setting, building an exceptional depth of clinical expertise across orthopedics, trauma, neurological and cardiac care. Today, Kate is a cornerstone of the IPT and ICT concussion, functional vision, pediatric, and CranioSacral Therapy teams. She is V2Fit certified in concussion rehabilitation and holds technique certification in CranioSacral Therapy through the prestigious Upledger Institute. She is also a skilled visceral manipulation therapist and enjoys being a teaching assistant for the Barral Institute — a testament to the mastery her colleagues recognize in her. For the families who come to IPT and ICT, Kate brings something rare: the clinical depth of a seasoned hospital therapist combined with the warmth and attentiveness of a practitioner who truly sees each patient as an individual. She understands complex neurological presentations, and she meets every patient — and every family — with steady expertise and genuine care. Outside the clinic, Kate is mom to four active kids, beloved cat Cricket, and yorkie Bebe. She enjoys reading, yoga, and quality time with her husband and family.
