About Me

Although my initial professional training inevitably landed me a job in a communications department of corporate America I have always had a great passion for holistic self-care, alternative healing modalities and the power of compassionate care. Born in Germany, south of Munich/Bavaria, I was exposed to natural and herbal healing modalities at an early age.

After moving to the US in order to pursue a career in the field I had trained for, I soon realized that my true calling was not following the ups and downs of the financial markets, but taking care of those around me with compassionate and educated touch. I founded Treat Integrative Wellness with the intent to bring healing touch, holistic well-being, and alternative self-help modalities to a broader public. A life-long seeker and learner, I became increasingly interested in integrating body therapies, meditation, and nutrition to form an integrative approach to wellness. So I continued my education in Western and Eastern Bodywork with studies in CranioSacral Therapy, Sound Healing, Reiki Healing, Herbalism, and Integrative Holistic Nutrition Counseling.

In addition to many years of study and self-application, I have had the privilege of learning from some of the top leaders in the Alternative/Holistic Medicine, Nutrition, and Wellness fields, including Andrew Weil, Diana Moore, Stan Gerome, and Reggie Winddancer Ceasar, Medicine Chief of the Matinecock Tribal Nation.

My goal is to custom-blend alternative healing arts to help you heal and achieve your full potential and ultimate well-being. You only have this one body to live in. Make time to treat it like the temple that your soul wants to live in.
