I am a mechanical engineer who uses energy medicine to facilitate and support others on their self-discovery journey to be what they came here to be. 


I developed multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS) in the 1980's from working with chemicals and exposure to new building materials that are laden with chemicals. It took about 15 years of various energy healing and counseling to recover. In the process, I discovered who I am...a curiosity-driven, fun-loving being who enjoys living, life, food, and learning. I thought for a long time that I was an "Eeyore". What brings you joy? What do you spend your time, money, and energy on? 


I live and work in southern Maine. You might see me on the beach or in parks leading a Tai Chi/Qigong group or an energy healing study group on mats or massage tables.  Or driving in an autocross in my go-kart.
