Karen Meier provides customized one-on-one physical therapy treating injury and pain, improving biomechanics, as well as optimizing mobility and sports performance. CranioSacral Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage are specifically used to assist clients in achieving their goals. Infants, children, adolescents and adults have benefited from her treatment.

Karen has been a physical therapist since 1989 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. Her experiences working in chronic pain clinics, at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and in outpatient settings provide her with the expertise in evaluating and treating complex diagnoses.

"I find movement fascinating and have a functional approach to improve mobility using specialized techniques. My goal is for each client to be able to alleviate or manage his own symptoms. With this focus people are often able to reduce their dependency on medications and the need for other medical interventions."
