About Me
Growing up in Wisconsin, I have been an avid outdoorswoman since the day I could walk. I spend my spare time playing on the water, working in my woodshop, trap shooting, and fostering kittens from time to time. I have always been fascinated by nature, the human body and how things work, which helped me find my way into holistic recovery and preventative care.
As a Board Certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist, I have extensively trained in many modalities and know the human body well. My favorite modalities include: Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST), Ortho-Bionomy, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), Cupping, and Aromatherapy. I find these subtle and intricate techniques can be just as effective, if not more effective, to your healing journey than beating those muscles into submission. If you're looking for a soft, yet powerful approach to body/mind healing, book a session with me! I am also one of the few practitioners in the area who does intraoral & nasal work for TMJ dysfunction, septum deviation, facial compression, & much more.
After 15 years of practice, I still love providing massage therapy focused on whole body wellness and patient education. As a continuing education instructor, it's important to me to educate each patient about what's going on with their bodies and how MT can positively impact them. I always make time for your questions.
I look forward to helping you expand your knowledge & improve your wellness.
